General Terms of Service
- All our services include call-out charges.
- Free quotes are available over the phone; however, if an on-site assessment is requested for an exact quotation, a minimum call-out fee will be applicable.
- We will register service-related requests for up to 24 hours after completion. Beyond this period, we cannot entertain complaints.
- Additional charges may apply if we discover more extensive damage or additional work is required during the service.
- Customers are required to permit our technicians to take before and after photos of the items being cleaned.
- We do not provide a shrinkage guarantee for sofa cleaning services.
- Prices quoted for upholstery, mattress, sofas, carpets, and couches cleaning during booking may differ from the final quotations provided on-site during inspection.
- The company offers complimentary storage for goods for up to 21 days after notifying the customer of the completed cleaning. After 21 days, storage charges may apply, and subcontractors may be involved if necessary.
Booking Cancellation and Amendments
- Customers are free to make changes or cancel bookings by contacting our customer service center via our toll-free numbers or email.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a call-out fee.
- If a booking is canceled upon the arrival of our technicians, a call-out fee will be charged.
- No additional charges apply for changing the appointment date and time.
- Pro Sofa Clean reserves the right to cancel appointments if the service is not secured and may reschedule or delay services due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for arranging parking for our technicians’ vehicles, and parking costs will be added to the invoice. Additional surcharges may apply if parking is not conveniently located.
- Technicians require access to running water and electricity at the property.
Pricing and Quotations
- Minimum call-out charges is $150.
- Minimum call-out fees for duct cleaning from sofas or repairs range from $150, subject to distance and property type.
- Payment is due on the same day following service completion, and we accept cash, credit cards, or AMEX cards.
- Full payment must be made in advance if the customer is not present at the property during the service.
- We reserves the right to adjust quoted prices based on the actual condition of items or properties compared to the description provided at booking.
- Additional charges may be incurred for carrying portable machines to multi-story apartments without elevator access.
- Our work is guaranteed for 24 hours. Customers unsatisfied with our services can reach out via email.
- Our technicians are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items or properties that cannot be restored or repaired using our standard cleaning methods.
- While we strive to remove stains to the best of our ability, we does not guarantee 100% stain removal.
- The success of stain removal depends on factors such as stain type, age, and fabric.
- Stubborn stains like bleach, ammonia, acid, grease, dyes, and high-alkaline solution stains may leave permanent marks.
- Sun-damaged or discolored items may not be fully restored.
- We will attempt to restore items with homeowner approval, and additional charges may apply for heavily stained or soiled items.
Smell and Mould Removal
- We do not guarantee 100% smell or mould removal.
- While we work diligently to address these issues, complete removal may not be achievable.
- By hiring us for smell or mould removal, customers acknowledge these terms.
Pest Control Services
- Customers must vacate the property for at least 2 hours during pest control.
- Pest inspections are limited to accessible areas, and inaccessible areas may not be covered.
- Technicians will provide a report and pest control tips.
- A call-out fee applies for pest inspection-only services.
Sofa Cleaning Services
- Sofas faded by sunlight and regular wear may only be cleaned, full restoration is not guaranteed.
- Pro Sofa Clean is not liable for latent or hidden damage identified during or after inspection.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from sub-standard dyes, sun exposure, brittle conditions, acids, previous improper cleaning, high-traffic shading, latex deterioration, or changes in texture and appearance after cleaning.
- Sofas and rugs require 6-8 hours for drying after cleaning, proper ventilation is recommended.
Couch and Lounge Cleaning
- Pro Sofa Clean is not liable for latent damage such as dye/color migration or UV damage that is not visible during inspection.
- Customers should expect standard curtain shrinkage of 5-10% and acknowledge this industry standard.
- Couch rubber back may be damaged during dry cleaning, and we do not hold responsibility.
- Larger couches may be priced by measurement.
- Pricing may vary based on standard couch size and extra-large couch size.
- Ottoman and chaise are considered as one seat when booked with other upholstery and couches.
- Prices for individual cleaning of ottomans, armchairs, and recliners differ.
- Fabric upholstery cleaning prices depend on the fabric’s condition.
- Leather upholstery may incur additional charges, and we do not guarantee dye/colour migration.
- Pricing is determined based on seating capacity.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
- We does not take responsibility for unexpected conditions in tile and grout cleaning, such as loose, chipped, or scratched tiles, missing grout, or UV fading.
- While we can address minor tile damages, we do not perform complete tile replacement.
- Duct cleaning quotations are provided after inspection.
- Prices are influenced by premises type and the number of levels requiring cleaning.
- Pro Sofa Clean is not responsible for hidden or existing damage, including leaking ducts, cracked insulation, and fiberglass damage.
- Mattress cleaning prices depend on size and pre-existing condition.
- We strive to remove stains but do not guarantee complete removal of deeply seeped fluids.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing mattress discoloration.
Factors Considered During Booking or Quoting
- Carpet/upholstery/sofa fiber type.
- Extent of soiling and staining.
- Property type and access.
- Previous cleaning history of the items.
